All games are either $5 or $10 to rent for a 2 day period & can be extended to 5 days for an additional $5 per game extension.

FAQ
can we play games in store right now?
Absolutely! We are open Tuesday through Sunday each week, closed for service on Mondays for private events. Reservations are not required, but they are highly encouraged to ensure that there is a table available for your party. You can make reservations by contacting our team at 518-948-6693.
how long can i rent games for?
The standard game rental is for 2 days. You can extend your rental period to 5 days at any point in time by giving us a call at 518-948-6693 for an additional $5 per game rental extension fee. You also have the ability to pick up or drop off your games in store any time during normal hours of operation each week for no fees. Games picked up in store are two two days later by end of day at closing time. If games are returned later than the rental period, a $5 late fee applies and will be charged upon their return.
Why are you offering this service now?
We started this service as a way to accommodate our gaming community as more and more people choose to abstain from social gatherings outside of the home during the 2020 covid quarantine shutdowns. In addition, revenue from this program helps us to cover costs such as rent, utility and vendor payments, along with providing workable hours for our hardworking staff that we care very much about. The COVID-19 crisis has left many bars and restaurants, including us, with very little opportunity to bring in a healthy revenue stream to keep our businesses open and our staff with hours. By monetizing a portion of our game library through home rentals, our team of hard working employees have been able to keep their jobs and make a livable wage during this time.
Can I order food/drinks TO PICK UP WITH MY GAMES?
Absolutely! We would be happy to prepare anything off of our food and beverage menu (including beer, wine, canned ciders, beers, canned cocktails, sake and mead) along with your game rentals so you can have a stress free and relaxing game night with your loved ones. CAN I GET MY BOARD GAMES DELIVERED TO MY HOME INSTEAD?
Unfortunately we are not offering home delivery at this point in time, but you can swing by and pick up games Tuesday through Sunday each week during our normal hours of operation.

if i really like the game, can i buy it?
This depends entirely on our stock of games at that point in time, but you can always ask if it is available for purchase at the end of your rental period! Your rental fee will be deducted from the MSRP of the game, and only the remaining cost is due at that point in time. Card sleeves are left on at no additional cost! Looking for it brand new? We recommend purchasing locally, over big box stores or Amazon, and our preferred local vendor is Zombie Planet in Albany. Their full selection of games are on their website to view before purchasing!
if i’m having fun playing the game(s), can i rent them for longer than 2 days?
Definitely! If you wish to extend your rental period, it is an additional $5.00 per game (regardless of whether the game is $5.00 or $10.00 base rent), which will be charged to your card upon return of the game.
What happens if i don’t return my game at the end of my rental period?
If you miss your return pick up date and time and do not contact us regarding extending your rental period, you will be charged a late fee of $5.00 per game, per day that it is late or we are unable to reach you for a pick up. After 3 days, if we are still unable to get ahold of you, your card will be charged the full MSRP of the game(s) to replace, including any late fees accrued. What if my game is missing pieces or unplayable when i receive it?
While our team checks every game before it goes out for delivery, if you find that you are missing pieces or rules, making the game unplayable, please give us a call at 518-948-6693 and we would be happy to set aside a replacement game, or give you a credit for your next rental. Should any pieces become damaged during your rental period, let us know at the point of drop off or pick up so we will know to immediately replace them and get them ready for enjoyment by the next guests.
What if the game gets damaged during my rental period?
If the game is damaged in any way during your rental period, you will be responsible for the full MSRP cost of replacing the game. This includes, but is not limited to, damage by:
Fire
Water/Liquids/Bodily Fluids
Human or Animal Damages
Lost Pieces or Components
