Sunday March 17th Theme: Star Wars
Yoga for Gamers is a monthly pop-up yoga class at Bard & Baker.
In this inclusive, beginner-friendly class, appropriate for all experience levels and all bodies, participants will be guided through a variety of yoga poses focusing on stretching, and learning breath techniques, mindfulness, meditation, and stress management along the way.
There will be tranquil video game music and plenty of nerdy references, to guide you through poses and start your Sunday morning off on the right foot!
Cost to reserve your spot for the class is $10 per person and includes a complimentary cup of coffee or tea at the end. There are only 15 spots available, & advanced sign up is required, so email bardandbaker@gmail.com or call us at 518-948-6693 to reserve quickly!
Participants must bring their own yoga mat, and, if possible, a beach or bath towel is suggested. Blocks will be provided to make poses more comfortable as necessary.
