DND One Shot: A Most Devilish Test

Join DM Alex Timmis for a spine-tingling Dungeons and Dragons one-shot adventure for 10th Level characters. Create your character, grab some dice, and come join the adventuring party as you search for answers in the crumbling temple to a forgotten evil.

Beyond the edge of town, the wilderness hides the shattered remains of a fallen temple. Wicked followers gathered and worshiped some depraved fiend there before swarming creatures leveled the temple to crumbling stone. Few since have been so bold or so foolish as to walk between the scattered rubble and broken graves to risk attracting whatever corruption may still linger. Now worry and rumor spread as reports of strange and wicked creatures who seem drawn within its rusted gates. Each of them called to enter by ... something. What force now gathers these creatures to this unholy place? Can you discover the truth of the forgotten temple?

This one-shot is inspired by The Forgotten Temple and will take about 3 and a half hours to complete. Some previous play experience is encouraged but all are invited to join the table! Create your character using any currently published 5th Edition Dungeons and Dragons materials.

Seats are limited so RSVP here to save your spot! Seating begins at 5:30pm to grab food, drink and settle in before the game begins at 6:00pm.

DM Alex Timmis (he/him) loves telling stories around the table with friends. He has been playing Dungeons and Dragons for seven years and rolling dice behind the DM screen for three. While an improv performer and instructor, Alex fell in love with role playing games and helped bring FIASCO! to life onstage at the Mopco Improv Theater in Schenectady. RPGs, like improv, give us a space to play and explore roles we don’t typically get to play in our day-to-day lives. Alex encourages a playful and respectful table where all players get a chance to add to the narrative and share the spotlight.
