D&D Lvl 11 One Shot Adventure: My Big Colossal Giant Wedding

Date: Thursday, July 20th

Time: 5:30 - 9:30pm

Cost: $15

Location: Bard & Baker Troy, 501 Broadway, Troy, NY

Join DM Alex Timmis and the wedding party for a Dungeons and Dragons one-shot adventure for level 11 characters! Create your character, grab some dice, and come join the table as you try to find your way into a raucous wedding celebration.

An ancient mountain stronghold is cluttered with gaudy decorations and overstuffed with giant party goers. They wont notice a couple extra well wishers who weren’t on the guest list…right?

As revelers and objectors gather, discover your way inside the castle to search for a mythic artifact rumored to be amongst the wedding gifts.

This one-shot is inspired by the Uninvited Guests adventure from TRoSP: Initiation to Power and will take about 3 to 4 hours to complete, depending on player choices. Some previous play experience is encouraged but all are invited to join the table!

Come prepared with a 6th level character of your own imagining equipped with two uncommon magical items using any currently published 5th edition Dungeons and Dragons materials or use one of the pre-generated characters and items provided by DM Alex. You are encouraged to bring along writing supplies.

Seats are limited so RSVP here to save your spot! Seating begins at 5:30pm to grab food, drink and settle in before the game begins.

DM Alex Timmis (he/him) loves telling stories around the table with friends. He has been playing Dungeons and Dragons for eight years and rolling dice behind the DM screen for four of them. While an improv performer and instructor, Alex fell in love with role playing games and helped bring FIASCO! to life onstage at the Mopco Improv Theater in Schenectady. He is currently the Artistic Director of the Electric City Puppets. Role playing games, like improv, give us space to play and explore roles we don’t typically get to play in our day-to-day lives. Alex encourages a playful and respectful table where all players get a chance to add to the narrative and share the spotlight with one another.
