D&D Lvl 7 One Shot Adventure: A Sinking Feeling

Date: Thursday, March 20th

Time: 5:30 - 9:30pm

Cost: $15

Join the adventuring party for a Dungeons and Dragons one-shot adventure for 7th level characters. Create your character, grab some dice, and brave the Sea of Swords for the promise of riches and glory!

A legendary fortune lost decades past to the crashing waves and winds now drifts a few days sail from port; an enchanted chest holding the great riches of one of the noblest families on the coast. Will fortune smile upon you as you brave the Sea of Swords and salvage their former glory and share in their lost riches?”

This 7th level one-shot is inspired by the Salvage Operation from Ghosts of Salt Marsh and will take about 3 and a half hours to complete. Some previous play experience is encouraged but all are invited to join the table!

Come prepared with a character of your own imagining with an uncommon magical item using any currently published 5th Edition Dungeons and Dragons materials or use one of the pre-generated characters provided. You are encouraged to bring along writing supplies. The materials and pace of these sessions are intended for participants 14 years and older.

A ticket is required for each participant in your party. Seats are limited so make sure to snag your spot HERE in advance!

Seating begins at 5:30pm to grab food, drink and settle in before the game begins. Please arrive early if you are planning to choose a pre-generated character so you may familiarize yourself. Printed characters are not required, feel free to play your character on a tablet or app if that is easiest for you.

DM Alex Timmis (he/him) loves telling stories around the table with friends. He has been playing Dungeons and Dragons for eight years and rolling dice behind the DM screen for four of them. While an improv performer and instructor, Alex fell in love with role playing games and helped bring FIASCO! to life onstage at the Mopco Improv Theater in Schenectady.  He is currently the Artistic Director of the Electric City Puppets. Role playing games, like improv, give us space to play and explore roles we don’t typically get to play in our day-to-day lives. Alex encourages a playful and respectful table where all players get a chance to add to the narrative and share the spotlight with one another.
